Evaluating the impact of the school’s work

Our School Improvement Partner programme is well established in Hackney schools and we also support schools further afield both in and outside of London. We offer a programme of school visits to support school leaders in evaluating the impact of their school’s work. Each visit follows the schools own school improvement journey, with activities such as deep dives, facilitated discussions, presentations to Governors and supported scrutiny of identified aspects of school provision. These enable school leaders to have an objective and critical eye to support their own school self-evaluation. Each school will have an allocated Leadership and Management Adviser to work with school leaders who will conduct the visits and also be on call for advice and support throughout the school year.
