Hackney Education is delighted to be able to offer Arbor MIS software, with all support provided through our dedicated support team. Arbor products are tailor made with schools in focus, joining the dots between data, people and outcomes to create a solution with which schools can thrive.
Dedicated MIS first and second line support
Our support team will be your first point of contact for all enquiries, requests for support or general information. We aim to identify any issues and provide an answer and resolution.
Any issues or queries relating to MIS, can be logged via our dedicated MIS Support email address, with at least one member of the MIS Team contactable during office hours.
Remote support
Where necessary, the MIS Support team will be able to login to your MIS system to diagnose faults and provide guidance for users.
