Chefs in Schools are offering their full School Chef Educator training programme, for free, across the borough. This flexible training scheme is specifically designed for school kitchen teams and is delivered to work around their busy roles.
Going beyond the basics, the training is designed to improve quality, skills and nutrition. Topics cover nutrition, food waste, kitchen skills, food education sessions and fulfilling the school food standards.
The programme is suitable for in house or outsourced catering teams.
